My background includes experience with the Delaware Public Defender's Office and in a private law firm specializing in estate planning. I served as a Guardian ad Litem for the Office of the Child Advocate, providing family law services to children in foster care and their families. I researched, designed, and implemented the Children in Foster Care Bill of Rights for the state of Delaware, which is now Delaware law and stands as the first of its kind in the state, ensuring that children receive the legal protections they deserve.

I graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. I received my Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University Delaware School of Law. I am a member of both the Delaware and Pennsylvania bars.
